澳門立法會選舉將於9月12日舉行，19組參選人當中，有6組共21名反對派參選人被指不符合擁護澳門《基本法》或不效忠澳門特區被褫奪參選資格，令不少反對派從政者感覺前路茫茫。「愛國者治澳」是大勢所趨，政府亦會繼續聽取不同意見和接受批評，反對派往後若能在擁護國家和特區政府的前題下參政，並提出具建設性的意見，為進一步推進澳門良政善治作出貢獻，相信仍有廣闊「生存空間」。
